But one thing has never changed: homebuyers need guidance, and agents need the tools to provide it.
When the NAR settlement reshaped how buyers view representation, I recognized both a threat and an opportunity. I’ve lived through market shifts before, the boom-and-bust cycles, the 2008 crash, the rise of digital brokerages.
